And I have been cheating at least twice per week with fast food. And I need to lose weight. So today is day 2 of the Atkins Diet for me. My stepmom is on it and has lost 6 pounds in 6 days. So, I hope to get similar results and it is actually not so bad. I love meat&amp;#8230;so maybe this is for me. Just took my measurements and weight..ready to see what I can get accomplished.&lt;/p&gt;

Then I got on the elliptical that practically killed me! I also did a little weights. I have ate healthy all day and I parked half a mile across campus from my class so I would have to walk further, and took the stairs all day. And to top it off, I took an evening 2 mile walk with my son and husband. This is one excited girl. I am getting the hang of this!&lt;/p&gt;
