Atkins Diet
So…this whole eating healthy thing has not been working out for me. And I have been cheating at least twice per week with fast food. And I need to lose weight. So today is day 2 of the Atkins Diet for me. My stepmom is on it and has lost 6 pounds in 6 days. So, I hope to get similar results and it is actually not so bad. I love meat…so maybe this is for me. Just took my measurements...

I am so proud of myself today! =) I did a mile at the gym (some jogging, some walking) — big step for me. Then I got on the elliptical that practically killed me! I also did a little weights. I have ate healthy all day and I parked half a mile across campus from my class so I would have to walk further, and took the stairs all day. And to top it off, I took an evening 2 mile walk with my son...

Fighting For It
Kellogg’s Corn Flakes with raw blueberries = breakfast. Ham, cheese, lettuce, pickles, mustard on wheat with pretzels = lunch. Blue cheese burgers on wheat sandwich thins & grilled asparagus = supper.
