So…this whole eating healthy thing has not been working out for me. And I have been cheating at least twice per week with fast food. And I need to lose weight. Great way to start Easter. Don’t do something if you ain’t going to do it right, especially when it’s not a hard thing at all to do anyways. Slow me down. Aggrivate me. Make me tired. TIRED. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.

I am so proud of myself today! =) I did a mile at the gym (some jogging, some walking) — big step for me. Then I got on the elliptical that practically killed me! I also did a little weights. I have ate healthy all day and I parked half a mile across campus from my class so I would have to walk further, and took the stairs all day. And to top it off, I took an evening 2 mile walk with my son...
Think I almost died…think I’m gonna be sick and puke my guts out…but what a good workout! I need it after getting on the scales today and realizing I gained weight. 209 to 215. Great. So new starting weight: 215 Goal: 150 When? —ASAP.

Kellogg’s Corn Flakes with raw blueberries = breakfast. Ham, cheese, lettuce, pickles, mustard on wheat with pretzels = lunch.
