Posting a couple before pictures…ones that I hate and dare not dream to post on Facebook. Can’t wait to be able to compare these to some “after” pictures. Hey..I can dream right?!
So…this whole eating healthy thing has not been working out for me. And I have been cheating at least twice per week with fast food. And I need to lose weight. So today is day 2 of the Atkins Diet for me. My stepmom is on it and has lost 6 pounds in 6 days. So, I hope to get similar results and it is actually not so bad. I love meat…so maybe this is for me. Just took my measurements and weight..ready to see what I can get accomplished.

Bust 47 in
Chest 41.5
Waist 48.5
Hips 49
Thigh: 29. 5 in
Biceps: 14.5 in
Fruit Ice Cubes.
To prepare, crush the fruit you want to incorporate (kiwi, mango, cherries, limes, watermelon …) with some homemade lemonade, for example following this basic recipe. Then fill your bucket with the mixture and freeze.
When ready, add these cubes to your lemonade and enjoy new flavors.

So. I have been cheating. Terribly bad. I did my best for a week and like a dummy, when I didn’t see results, I gave up. I know I have to do better than that. It will take months, maybe a whole year to get to the weight I want to be at. So, tomorrow morning I will hit the gym. I will work harder than I usually do. I will sweat and sweat. And I will eat healthy. And I will make change.
Tomorrow I will be a better me.
No more excuses.

Great way to start Easter. Don’t do something if you ain’t going to do it right, especially when it’s not a hard thing at all to do anyways. Slow me down. Aggrivate me. Make me tired.
